Jeffrey Hill (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), filed a lawsuit against ACV on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants. The lawsuit, Jeffrey Hill v. ACV Auctions Inc., et al., is currently pending in King County Superior Court as Case Number 25-2-08131-1 SEA (the “Lawsuit”). Plaintiff alleged in the lawsuit that ACV’s job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose wage and benefits information. ACV disputes Plaintiff’s claims.
The Court still must decide whether to approve the Settlement. No Settlement benefits or payments will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement and it becomes final.
